Do you need ideas for Bristol Easter Holidays 2024? There are so many egg-citing events on in Bristol around Easter, especially over the Bristol Easter Holidays which are Fri 29 March – Sun 14 April! BANES & North Somerset have the same dates, but Gloucestershire Easter Holidays are Sat 23 March – Sun 7 April.

Palette & Pasture

Easter trail around the farm. Activity sheet where you have to work out the magic word and give to the easter bunny to collect your prize! Lots of real farm animals around the trail. The ice cream parlour will also be open, and a selection of bouncy castles (weather dependent – check FB/IG for updates). There are also ride-on tractors and sand play! Good Friday Egg Hunt Fri 29 March. See the animals, visit the cafe which has a kids corner with tractor ride ons and other play! Farm shop on site. Next to West of England Falconry which you can also visit.

The Giant’s Easter Hunt at Clifton Observatory

28 March – 14 April 10am-5pm. Help the giants find their eggs around the Clifton Observatory attractions. Tickets on arrival or book in advance. £3.50 per child, who needs to be accompanied by a fee paying adult £5. Children under 4 cannot visit Giant’s Cave.

  • Lackham Lambing This is quite early 16/17 & 23/24 March weekends but this is a wonderful family fun day. See lambs being born, cows being milked, take a tractor trailer ride, small animals and more.
  • Cattle Country Lambing and bottle feeding, kids, piglets, calves and chicks
  • Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm Baby animals in the farm area of the zoo. Small animal encounters (rabbits and guinea pigs) every day at 2.30PM.
