Tea-rriffic fun at The Tiger Who Came To Tea Show! 🐯 Review
This is a superb family show that we saw at The Theatre Royal Bath at the weekend. It takes the classic story, adds songs and tea-rrific 😉 fun for the 55 minute show. The actors were great and engaging, and the tiger had moves as well as a large appetite! 🍰
The age recommendation is 3+ and our 3 (nearly 4) year old loved it. Her favourite part was “the bit where they jumped and shouted a tiger!” We also took our 21 month old, whom ate nearly as much as the tiger in snacks throughout!! It is definitely more of a tricky age to keep sat down for that long! He did love the tiger though and kept signing “more” when he went off stage!
This was our first time visiting The Theatre Royal Bath and what a grand theatre it is! I booked this when tickets first came out and and went for the Royal Circle as an Easter treat. It was a really special theatre experience. Tip: always choose seats with an easy escape with little ones! Our seats were right by the bar which was great for getting a coffee to take in, and had a great view.
Pair a theatre visit with a picnic and ice cream at The Royal Crescent, and then on to Victoria Park playground afterwards! 🍦 🛝 We parked at Charlotte Street Car Park which is conveniently located.
